Yoga, for me, is a gentle journey inward — a space where the body softens, the breath deepens, and the mind finds stillness. For the past 5 years, I have been guiding students through practices that nurture both the body and the soul.
In my classes, we explore Beginner-friendly yoga, Yin Yoga, Face yoga, and Yoga Nidra, creating a balanced practice of movement, release, and deep rest. My intention is to offer a safe and welcoming space where you can slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to yourself after a long day, this practice is an invitation to pause, breathe, and simply be.
