Zoom・Skypeなど、インターネットを使って音声と動画を共有し、リアルタイムでコミュニケーションが取れるツールのことです。 講師によって対応しているツールが違う可能性もあるため、詳細は講師側にお問い合わせください。
※ Skypeでのオンラインレッスンは全ての講師が対応可能です。

ユーザー名やメールアドレスなどを登録して、生徒登録をしましょう。
先生側にメッセージを送るには生徒登録が必要です。
気に入った先生を見つけたら、MeeCoo内チャット機能でレッスン日時や詳細を相談しましょう。
チャット機能でのやり取りは登録後ご利用可能なマイページでいつでもご確認いただけます。
オンラインビデオツール上でレッスンができることを確認したら、講師とのチャット画面上部にあります「コインを支払う」ボタンをクリックし、 レッスン時間・レッスン日時を選択の後、先生側へコインの支払を済ませましょう。
(コインはマイページにていつでもチャージすることが可能です。)
※講師側にレッスン料金の請求を依頼することも可能です。その際は届きましたメールにあります「コインを支払う」ボタン、 または講師とのチャット画面上部にあります「コインを支払う」ボタンをクリックしお手続き頂きますと、レッスン料金の支払が完了いたします。
レッスン日時が来ましたらオンラインビデオツールを起動し、先生とコンタクトを取りましょう。
先生側と連絡が取れたら、レッスンスタートです！
※万一レッスン料金(コイン)をお支払した後、レッスンが実施されなかった場合は、講師とのチャットページ上部にあります「履歴」をクリックの上、 返金申請を実施頂けたらと思います。

レッスンが適切に行われているか、レッスン料金が適切に支払われているか、常にMeeCooスタッフがチェックしています。 レッスン内容に問題がある講師や返信が遅い講師は、随時運営側でプロフィールを非公開にするなどの対応を取っております。
