I have been teaching English for 6 years now, both online and man to man type of lectures. I'd be honored to meet new students in my class. My lecture typically depends on each student's level. I use this unique strategy from what I learned in studying my Nursing major to teaching English in which I call the ADPIE approach. It's a step by step process of teaching. At first, I 'assess' my students level in English through an interview while building rapport. Next, I 'diagnose' the clients level during the first class. The third step, I 'plan' each student's individual learning approach and strategies of lesson execution.
