Raising children and cooking might seem like two separate things, but they can actually go hand-in-hand! Cooking with children not only helps them develop healthy eating habits but also provides valuable learning experiences. Depending on their age, I will give kids age-appropriate tasks. Younger children can stir, wash vegetables, or set the table. Older children can help with chopping (with supervision), measuring ingredients, and following recipes. After cooking a meal together, sit down as a family to enjoy the food. Praise their efforts and talk about what went well or what they learned. Celebrating small victories helps boost their confidence and interest in cooking.

19歳で全額免除生として、バークリー音楽大学5Week programに参加。
ジャズワークショップの特別クラスとして授業料・宿泊費・食費が免除となる。
20歳でバークリー音楽大学より、全額奨学金を貰う。
学科は、Jazz Composition(ジャズ作曲)とContemporary Writting Production(現代音楽からポップスなど)。
現在はアニメやCMの作曲編曲、またホーンセクションの演奏を担当。
