こんにちは、ヨガインストラクターのココミです。ヨガを教えて１４年になります。ヨガ発祥の地インドにて全米ヨガアライアンスを取得。２年前にドイツに移住し、オンラインのヨガレッスンを始めました。現在は日本語と英語でのレッスンを受け付けております。身体が硬いとお悩みの方も必ず心地よさを感じて頂けるようなレッスンを心がけています。レッスンでは運動不足や肩こり、腰痛、頭痛や不眠などに効くヨガを主に教えています。３０分のレッスンはカウンセリングから様々なポーズ・運動不足解消・不調の改善法や呼吸法・瞑想など幅広いレッスンをお届けします。アーユルヴェーダアドバイザーの資格を持っておりますので、お食事に関するお悩みやお肌のケア法などもご質問頂けます。

３０分のレッスンはカウンセリングを行って、個人の柔軟性や体力にあわせて無理なくポーズを行うことが出来るように指導いたします。準備運動で身体をほぐしてからポーズを行ない呼吸法と瞑想を行ないます。身体が硬いとお悩みの方や初心者の方は柔軟性を高めて、しなやかな筋肉をつけて頂けるようなレッスンです。ヨガ経験者の方には難しいヘッドスタンドやバランスのポーズなどチャレンジしてみたいというご希望に沿って指導いたします。
