国立医学部医学科高学年のMaと申します。
教育歴は10年以上になります。
自己紹介文、長くなり恐縮ですが、「有料販売する価値がある」程の事を書いておりますので、是非お読み下さい。

続きになります。
大学名はここでは伏せておりますが、国立の医学科生で、CBT,OSCEもクリアしており、StudentDoctorも取得しております。
授業形式ですが、Zoomにて、個別授業形式（講師である自分に対し、複数生徒同時に授業を行います。が、あくまで双方向の個別授業です）で行います。生徒同士の声が聞こえないよう、ブレイクアウト―ルームを使用する等の工夫を致します。もちろん医学部志望でない生徒様も募集中です、また「新しく共通テストに加わった」情報の授業も可能です。

・授業（勉強）のやり方
原則であり、生徒様によりやり方を変える事があります。

●Coaching（コーチング）
毎授業、はじめの数分を使いCoachingをする事はとても重要です。
生徒様の状態（現学力・得意不得意科目）に合わせ、勉強のやり方（教材の決定、使い方・進め方、内容の決定等）や進捗を確認、受ける模試、進路相談等も含めた「アドバイス」を行います。
これらは「とても重要」で、「勉強のやり方」を間違えると費やした時間と勉強の質が水の泡になり得ます。Coachingのためだけに家庭教師を雇う価値すらあると自分は考えています。

●分からない部分の解説
自分で授業時間外に勉強していて、よく分からなかった部分を写真に撮影（問題であれば、解答解説ともに）して送って頂き、解説します。
※写真を送って頂く形式にしておりますが、難しいという事であれば別のやり方に変えます。
※「解説を読んでもよく分からない」子には効果的ですが、そうでもない子にはあまり効果的でありません（そもそも「分からない」所がほとんど無かったり等する（しかし、テストで得点できるとは限らない））。

●説明授業
いわゆる普通の授業ですが、もちろん、個別方式なので双方向的です。
教材（参考書もしくは問題集（過去問題含む））を用い、「説明する事」を重視して、内容を説明していきます。
※こちらも、「教材を読んでもよく分からない」子には効果的ですが、きちんと自分で読み進められる子にはあまり効果的でありません。

●議論授業
難度は上がりますが、真に力がつく、効果的な授業方法であると考えています。
「分からない部分の解説」・「説明授業」においてもこの要素が含まれます。生徒の状態を考慮して、適切な問題を選び、その問題を授業で「一緒に」「議論しながら」考えます。
具体的には、この問題はどの過去問題の類題か、どうしてその解法が発想されるのか、どういう別解があるか、時には受験レベルを超える（が知っておくと良い）知識が出たり、等々…。
※かなり力のある生徒様でも、完璧な説明はなかなか難しく、効果的な授業法となり得ます。

・各科目の授業（「Coaching」、「分からない部分の解説」は共通です）

高校数学
センター試験・共通テスト・大学別の過去問題をベースとします。
これら教材をベースとしつつも、生徒の希望にも合わせていきます。
いきなり過去問か？と身構える方も多いと思いますが、まず、過去問題といっても大学によって、教科書レベルから最難関まで、難易度に大きく差がありますし、過去問を適切に使用すれば、教科書レベルの難易度をさらに下げて授業を行ったり、逆に上げる事も可能で、生徒様にあった授業が行え、かつ（模試や入試の）点数に直結する、実戦的な力を身に着ける事が可能となります。

高校英語
「入門 英文解釈の技術70」または「入門英文問題精講」に加え、数学同様、過去問題をベースとします。
英語は「文法レベルで文章を説明できる」事が大事です。これを軽視し、感覚的に、英単語を覚えて長文を読み問題を解いていく勉強をしていると、「頭打ち」になります。それゆえ、文法書が重要となるのですが、英語初学者が日本語といえど長文の説明を、文意を誤らずに読み遂げるためには英語に精通した英語教育者のサポートが必要となるわけです。

高校理科
物理、化学、生物の授業が可能です。生物については医学を専門的に勉強しているため、分野によってかなり専門的な内容を教える事が可能です。医学部の二次生物は、専門的な内容の出題も多いです。
数学同様過去問題を使用します。

高校その他（国語・社会）
授業は一応可能なのですが、基本自習（自分が適切な教材や勉強法、更に模試の受け方の助言をする）となります。

小・中学校科目
自由自在と過去問題を用います、数学・英語（理科）の授業を行い、その他科目は高校その他科目のやり方に準じます。

想定される（よくある）質問

Q1.マンツーマンではないのでしょうか…？
授業は前述の通り、例を出すなら明光義塾の個別指導のように、講師である自分1人に対し生徒複数となります。これをオンライン、Zoomのブレイクアウトルームを使用して行います。
この方式にすることで授業料を1時間2000円に抑えている面もございます。経験を活かし、マンツーマンと差がないような授業を行います。

Q2.定期テスト対策はして貰えないのでしょう
か？
入試対策をしっかりと行えば定期テストの点数もついてくると思いますが、定期テスト対策は特には行わない方針です。ここでは入試ないし模試対策を行います。
入試方式について、推薦入試はもちろん否定はしておりませんが、一般入試での合格を目指します。

Q3.家庭教師や塾講師を試しましたが、成績が上がりません・・・。
まず前述の通り、「授業（勉強）のやり方」はかなり大事で、やり方を間違えれば全く成績に繋がらないという事も普通にあります。
そして定期試験に関していうならば、ここでは入試対策を行うので効果的に点数を上げる事は難しいかも知れません（前述の通り、入試対策をしっかりとすれば定期テストの点数もついてくると思います）。
成績を上げる力はある程度学力（講師の大学の偏差値）と授業経験に依存します、自分は国立医学科出身で、授業経験も10年以上ですので、その点自信がございます。

Q4.医学科に行きたいのですが？？
医学科に行きたいのであればやはり、本物の医学科出身の講師に授業を任せるべきでしょう。
医学部専門予備校であれば年間1000万円程の授業料が必要となります（しかし、それでも私立医学部含めた毎年の合格率は数～10数％の世界です、これは各予備校に合格率を聞けば分かります）。
自分は時間あたり数千円の授業料で授業させて頂いておりますが、国立医学科出身で、それら予備校の先生方にも負けない授業・進路指導を行う自信があります。医学科入試は進路指導等、戦略もかなり重要です。是非ご相談下さい。

Hello! I have studied music in New York for many years since childhood.
Graduated from The Juilliard School Bachelor and Master's Degree.
Currently, I teach as a special advisor at the Tokyo College of Music.
Besides teaching, I am pursuing a career as a concert violinist performing as a soloist in Japan and abroad.

Violin lessons are available as well as English language lessons. Lessons are available both in English or Japanese. I am able to give lessons in any combination. If you wish to learn both violin and English lessons at the same time, I offer a special course as well.

Hi! I'm Kate. I am a Bachelor's degree holder and is currently working here in Japan as a Medical English Coach to healthcare providers and I also teach company employees on weekdays.

I have been teaching English for 6 years now, both online and man to man type of lectures. I'd be honored to meet new students in my class. My lecture typically depends on each student's level. I use this unique strategy from what I learned in studying my Nursing major to teaching English in which I call the ADPIE approach. It's a step by step process of teaching. At first, I 'assess' my students level in English through an interview while building rapport. Next, I 'diagnose' the clients level during the first class. The third step, I 'plan' each student's individual learning approach and strategies of lesson execution. Fourth, I do my 'interventions' during the class, such as article discussions, storytelling, free conversations, practice pronunciation, and so on. The last step is to 'evaluate' the students and discover ways to improve their English more and more. I, myself, know how it feels like to study a new language. I'm also studying Japanese as my third language. That's why I am a persistent teacher because I know the frustration and stress of wanting to speak a new language fluently and with ease. This is one of the reasons I’m very patient when it comes to teaching children or beginners.
