Moving back and forth to Canada and U.S. did not come easy job wise, and that made me get into teaching conversational English. I have been teaching one on one and online for over 3 years. English is a universal language, that is so easy to learn. Listening to people having a good conversation of English is like music to your ears. With the new technologies that we have now, I always encourage my students to make use of all those tools out there like the social media platforms, books, and television. The way I conduct my class, I would encourage my student to introduce his/herself (to make her feel at ease) And ask her what her hobbies are. After the introduction, I would ask her to pick a topic on what to talk about. At the end of the class, I will point out or let him/her know all the corrections, the grammar, pronunciations.
