ブラジル発祥のビーチダンスAxe(アシェ)に、zumba(ズンバ) やhip-hop(ヒップホップ),reggaeton(レゲトン)のステップをミックスしたダンス。1曲を4～5分割(内容により変動)し、振り付け、踊り方のコツを説明していきます。その後通しで踊ってみて、分からない部分など質問を受けて、練習していきます。
実際のイグリエガレッスンを受けた事があり、同じ振り付けで踊れる曲のある方は、説明抜きの数曲メドレー等も行えます。★初心者の方で30分レッスンの中で一曲仕上げるのは難しいですので初回体験以外は1時間以上のご予約をオススメします。

5. Start lessons with online video tools!

Once you've confirmed that you can take the lesson, launch the online video tool and start the lesson with your teacher!
