I am from the scenic city of Cape Town in South Africa and are currently living in Tbilisi Georgia. I’ve been teaching English in Istanbul, Turkey, for the past couple of years and only recently returned to my home country. Step 1.

オンラインビデオツールをインストール

MeeCooではオンラインビデオツールを利用して先生とレッスンを行います。
“インターネット環境 + PC・スマホ + オンラインビデオツール”があれば、いつでも、どこでもすぐにビジネス英会話のレッスンを受けられます。

オンラインビデオツールとは？

Zoom・Skypeなど、インターネットを使って音声と動画を共有し、リアルタイムでコミュニケーションが取れるツールのことです。
講師によって対応しているツールが違う可能性もあるため、詳細は講師側にお問い合わせください。※Skypeでのオンラインレッスンは全ての講師が対応可能です。

先生側にメッセージを送るには生徒登録が必要となります。

料金(コイン)の支払

先生とお互いにオンラインビデオツールでレッスンを行えることを確認したら、講師とのチャット画面上部にあります「コインを支払う」ボタンをクリックし、レッスン時間を選択の後、先生側へコインの支払いを済ませましょう。
(コインはマイページにていつでもチャージすることが可能です。)
※講師側にレッスン料金の請求を依頼することも可能です。その際は届きましたメールにあります「コインを支払う」ボタン、または講師とのチャット画面上部にあります「コインを支払う」ボタンをクリックしお手続き頂きますと、レッスン料金の支払が完了いたします。

オンラインビデオツールでレッスン開始

チャットでレッスンを行えることを確認したら、オンラインビデオツールを起動し、先生とコンタクトを取りましょう。
先生側と連絡が取れたら、レッスンスタートです！
※万一レッスン料金(コイン)をお支払した後、レッスンが実施されなかった場合は、講師とのチャットページ上部にあります「履歴」をクリックの上、返金申請を実施頂けたらと思います。
