Hello. My name is Julio and I have been teaching English in Japan for 6 and a half years now, with 13 years of experience overall.
I teach English based on your preferences and needs. I can give you a free trial lesson up to 1 hour (negotiable if your studies require more understanding). I can cater my lessons to your lessons which can include how to express yourself, understanding grammar, cultural understandings, and practice shadowing.
Lessons can be done through textbook, news articles, listening exercises, topics of various categories (business, technology, medical, entertainment for example), etc.
Lessons are customized by me so they can focus on your needs.
We can have progress reviews to go over what you have studied. I have a friendly attitude and provide a relaxing atmosphere so you don’t need to feel embarrassed when you speak English.
I can also use Japanese during the lessons if it helps you understand the materials better, so you can also communicate with me in Japanese as I am a mid-level speaker.
I can also teach Spanish from beginner to advanced level.
I also have experience teaching TOEIC, TOEFL and Eiken and can help you with your prep test needs. I can help with proofreading as well.
What is important is to help you maximize your speaking time so you can easily practice expressions that you use in everyday life or at work.

Each student has a different style. So I like the first conversation to be free talk to understand the student. We can practice using dialogues, textbooks, listening practice, grammar and other means of help. I can also help with writing and levels range from beginner to advanced.
