Hello, My name is Smita Akhare. I am from India. I have been in Japan for 9 years. I am an ALT (English Instructor)in Japanese Public Senior High Schools from the past 7 years. Also, I teach Business English lessons. Teaching is my hobby. And I am interested in cooking, surfing, listening to music and reading books. India is bound by various religions and customs. There are many beautiful temples in India.
I usually make my own lessons, worksheets, Powerpoint, MS word, etc.
Planning and Implementation of the lesson is my duty. I taught many 1-1 Daily Conversation lessons of English to Japanese adults and students.
First of all, I plan the lesson according to time for example -50, 60 mins.
Make the worksheets. Give an example and explanation to the students.
Warm-Up for 5 mins according to the lesson, ask questions to the students.
Give a chance to the student to speak and write. Practice, Presentation, and Production is the main key of each and every lesson. I provide my own lesson worksheets to the beginner, intermediate or advanced level of students.
Check the students writing.

はじめまして、リサと申します。
私はマカオで外国人生徒に日本語を教えていました。
生徒は幼児から大人まで、幅広く教えました。
未就学児の子どもには、歌やゲームをしながら、楽しく日本語を教えます。
大人の学生は、できるだけ日本人と会話をすることを目的とした、実用的な日本語を教えます。
文法は自分自身で学習をしてきたうえで、正しく発音する・場面に合った文法を選ぶ・動詞の活用・言いたいことが言えるかなどをお手伝いすることが私の役目だと思います。
特に、「聞く」「読む」はできるけど、実際に日本人と話すのが苦手な学生は多いです。
それは文法や語彙力の問題もありますが、「日本人らしい返答」の仕方がわからないという点もあります。
日本人らしい相槌や返答の仕方についても教えていきます。
日本人と長く楽しく会話を続けるのは、相槌をうまく使い、聞き上手でなければなりません。
私はマカオに8年間住んでいました。
マカオや広東圏の文化を理解しています。
広東語もわかりますので、必要な時は広東語も使って説明します。
