My name is Aarti Agrawal, and I’m from India.I am a certified Indian Yoga Teacher, trained and certified under AYUSH (Ministry of Ayush, Government of India). I teach traditional yoga practices including Asanas (yogic postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation practices, and basic meditation, designed to suit modern lifestyles.
In today’s busy and stressful life, I guide people to achieve a peaceful, balanced, and happy life through simple,practical and effective yoga practices that can be easily followed by beginners as well as regular practitioners. My teaching focuses not only on physical fitness but also on mental calmness, emotional balance, and inner well-being.
Along with yoga practice, I also provide easy and practical diet tips to help improve digestion, energy levels, immunity, and overall lifestyle without extreme rules or complicated routines.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your body and mind, reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and build healthy habits that fit naturally into your daily routine.

I also love reading about different food and their health benefits, which allows me to guide others in making better lifestyle choices.My sessions include breathing techniques, stretching, yoga poses(asana) ,meditation, and discussions on nutrition. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and health-focused environment for everyone.
バレエ初心者の方でも、音楽に合わせてゆっくりストレッチやバレエの基礎を学べるクラスです。幼児〜大人の方まで、ひとりひとりのレベルや個性に合わせたレッスンをしますので、ぜひ楽しみながらレッスンを受けてくださいね。オンラインレッスンですが、しっかりバレエのレッスンが学べますので、ご要望などは随時受け付けております。上級者レベルの方もお待ちしております。コンクールのためのオンラインレッスンも可能です。幼児期からコンクールを目指すことも可能ですので、オンラインレッスンで学んでみませんか。楽しく学んで、できることを増やし、レベルアップしていきましょう。※基本的にレッスン料金は5コインですが、オプションによりコイン数は変更しておりますので、レッスン開始日までにご確認ください。オンラインレッスンのため、レッスン日時は随時変更がありますので、その都度確認をお願い致します。
